The lovely host of So You Think You Can Dance, Cat Deeley, was spotted today out for a walk with a close friend. The two were dressed in hats and scarves for the brisk weather and seemed to be deep in thought.
I’m glad, with all her flights back and forth across the Atlantic, that she gets to enjoy some time for her friends now and then.

Your Entertainment Ticket was at Monday’s Miami auditions for the 7th season of So You Think You Can Dance. Cat Deeley showed us some of the dancers who were there in hopes of getting a ticket to Vegas. As you might expect, there were hundreds of hopeful dancers in attendance. Pay attention to these faces…some may be on TV this summer.
There’s also a short interview with one of the show’s producers, Jeff Thacker. This clip makes me want the new season to hurry up and start!!

Cat Deeley is so cute. She has such a sense of humor and seems perfectly fine with taking risks or acting funny on camera. I think that’s why we all love her so much on So You Think You Can Dance.
I found some photos of her at the most recent SYTYCD tryouts in Miami. One of the show’s hopefuls talked her into trying a cartwheel. But even though she gave it a try, it’s probably best that she stick with the day job.

One of the very talented So You Think You Can Dance choreographers that I’ve always enjoyed is Tyce Diorio. But I found out that it was Tyce who did the choreography for Queen Latifah for the People’s Choice Awards this week. How cool is that?

It’s no surprise that a number of hot male dancers made Buddy TV’s Top 100 Sexiest Men of 2009 list too. In fact, I’m in total agreement about nearly all of these.
French actor Gilles Marini placed the highest of the male dancers on the list. (No offense to anyone, but why can’t my neighbors look like him and shower outside…)

Everyone knows that dancing is great exercise and is the most fun way to stay fit. And it’s also no big secret that Dancing With the Stars & So You Think You Can Dance are neither one lacking in beautiful women. So it’s not big surprise that both shows had several women on Buddy TV’s Top 100 Sexiest Women of 2009 list.

During their breaks from Dancing With the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance, three dance stars have been doing Broadway. Mary Murphy, the sparkling and enthusiastic judge from So You Think You Can Dance and the fabulous professional dancers from Dancing With the Stars, Kym Johnson & Maksim Chmerkovskiy are seen in these photos taking a curtain call.
The three are taking part in the Broadway production of Burn the Floor, to rave reviews. They all three look spectacular! (OOPS! Something happened to poor Maks’ shirt!)

On last night’s season 6 finale of So You Think You Can Dance, we got to see some of the more impressive dance routines of the season and see some amazing guest performances. I started the evening with the high hopes that either Jakob or Russell would win. They were my two most favorite dancers this season.
