Dancing Helps Build Those Hollywood Bodies

We all see how fabulous the dancers look on Dancing With the Stars and each season we see the stars get in better shape than they had been in years. That’s the great news: dancing is fantastic exercise!! And to prove that point, a couple of the dancers from Dancing With the Stars have made fitness videos using dance moves. And here they are demonstrating some fun ways to get in better shape.
First up is Cheryl Burke shows us how to lose weight with disco cardio exercise like the moves on her DVD, Disco Abs. It looks like so much fun that I don’t think it would even seem like working out!
And here’s Lisa Rinna, who competed in season 2 of Dancing With the Stars, showing off the moves from her new dance fitness video Dance Body Beautiful. I think I need to get this DVD!

Tonight on the season finale of Dance War, the new Dancing With the Stars cast was announced by Season 2 veterans Lisa Rinna, Kenny Mayne & Jerry Rice. Here are the new celebrity dancers:

Is it that Bruno Tonioli likes to compete with dancing women for things, or just a fun time at a gift lounge? I’m thinking it’s all in good fun.
