Shawn Johnson & Nancy O’Dell Talk About Dancing With the Stars

Shawn Johnson of Dancing With the Stars season 8 sat down with Mary Hart of ET to talk about how she’s doing so far in her rehearsals. She says that since she’s shorter than any other dancer in the show’s history, it could cause her some extra disadvantages. She sys that Mark Ballas even made her go to higher heels in order to be closer to his height. That way it won’t be as hard for her. She also has to be more covered up then most of the other dancers in order to be age appropriate. But she makes the point that she’s used to performing in leotards and they are pretty revealing.
This woman is used to the pressure of competition, having won gold medals in the Olympics this past summer. I can’t wait to see the two of them perform together! Here’s the clip:
