  ‘Fan’ does not even begin to describe my obsession with this show. I love all dance shows but SYTYCD is way above them all. Here, in pathetic detail, is evidence of why I am the biggest fan:

  1. My obsession began in season 1 and I have watched every episode since. I plan my calendar around the show and I will not answer the phone while it’s on.

  2. I have a huge bookmarks folder labeled SYTYCD with sites such as this one, so I can hunt down news about the show and the dancers. I check these sites weekly, and some of them even daily. I have to know what my favorite dancers are doing!

  3. I post on several message forums for the show.

  4. Have downloaded videos of all my favorite routines.

  5. Have seen the show on tour, seasons 2 & 3. Season 2 tour show, I saw twice - the second time was at the final tour stop in Providence. Some fellow fans and I decided to make a trip of it, had great fun, and made wonderful friendships.

  6. Knew little or nothing about West Coast Swing until I saw Benji and Heidi do it on the show. Got so intrigued that I actually took dance lessons from them. West Coast Swing is now my favorite dance. Love it so much that I also attend West Coast Swing conventions where I take workshops with other top pros.

  7. Will watch any show that has even a glimpse of SYTYCD dancers - like their appearances on Idol Cares.

  8. Planned a weekend trip around the season 3 tour show. Went shopping at a nearby mall the day after, and was excited when I found the same style dress and shoes that Sabra had worn to greet fans after the show.

  9. Bought Benji and Heidi’s instructional dance video.

  10. Bought Blake McGrath’s instructional dance video.

  Okay, have I made enough of a fool of myself? I think I’ve proven my STYCYD obsession. Please pick me :)

  This is the BEST show on TV. Not only is it totally enteraining it also teaches you! I love learning new steps and ways of dance and I feel this show is 100% the most kick-butt show on TV.

  I have it set on my DVR to record. I always check and recheck to make sure it tapes just in case I need to be somewhere else. I love the show a lot and will watch it as longas it is on.

  We all have those moments when we think we can dance, but most of us are too chicken to ever put it to the test. I sooooo admire the contestants for going for it. Maybe they aren’t the best dancer, but they give the rest of us some home, and maybe a little drama and humor too!

  Lets see, I used to dance so when this show first came on, I watched it from the beginning. I loved every minute of it. I have watched every show since! I love the fact that it gets normal people into dancing and it’s been so popular. I miss the first year when they went through “dance camp” instead of the way it is done now!

  Counting the days until So You Think You Can Dance. It’s the dancer inside of this too old, too chubby body that makes me crave this show every season. I cry at the routines, seriously cry. Dance is just so wonderful and these guys add an emotional level to it that slays me.

  I am a HUGE fan of the show because this is the only reality show i vote for, and i wacth a lot.

  I never miss an episode and i do a summer program and if there’s any activities planned i find any way possible to get out of it.

  I have gotten everyone from my little brother to, to my grandmother and even some teachers hooked on this show.

  I still wacth routines online all the way from season one till now, i’ve learned a couple of the routines and still try and look for classes or shows done by previous contestants and choreographers.

  IT IS THE GREATEST SHOW EVER AND I AM OBSESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Being a former dancer, i watched the show from the beginning and DVR it faithfully. I wish I could do those moves still….. There’s so much talent on the show - especially MIA MICHAELS. She totally ROCKS !!!!

  Based on the comments I have read, I think we are all the Biggest Fans of SYTYCD! I am glad to see I am not the only obsessed fan out there! I have taken dance for over 12 years now, I live to dance, and study and watch every episode of SYTYCD over and over and over again getting motivated and inspired by those that share my same passion for this craft.   I love this show because it is something that both my daugther, who BTW is a wonderful, beautiful dancer, and I can watch together. I especially enjoy when someone is particularly good (or particularly bad) and she pauses the show to get up and imitate the performance and our Lhaso Apso joins in! That’s good family fun.

  Eagerly looking forward to season 4! As I posted earlier:

  ‘Fan’ does not even begin to describe my obsession with this show. I love all dance shows but SYTYCD is way above them all. Here, in pathetic detail, is evidence of why I am the biggest fan:

  1. My obsession began in season 1 and I have watched every episode since. I plan my calendar around the show and I will not answer the phone while it’s on.

  2. I have a huge bookmarks folder labeled SYTYCD with sites such as this one, so I can hunt down news about the show and the dancers. I check these sites weekly, and some of them even daily. I have to know what my favorite dancers are doing!

  3. I post on several message forums for the show.

  4. Have downloaded videos of all my favorite routines.

  5. Have seen the show on tour, seasons 2 & 3. Season 2 tour show, I saw twice - the second time was at the final tour stop in Providence. Some fellow fans and I decided to make a trip of it, had great fun, and made wonderful friendships.

  6. Knew little or nothing about West Coast Swing until I saw Benji and Heidi do it on the show. Got so intrigued that I actually took dance lessons from them. West Coast Swing is now my favorite dance. Love it so much that I also attend West Coast Swing conventions where I take workshops with other top pros.

  7. Will watch any show that has even a glimpse of SYTYCD dancers - like their appearances on Idol Cares.

  8. Planned a weekend trip around the season 3 tour show. Went shopping at a nearby mall the day after, and was excited when I found the same style dress and shoes that Sabra had worn to greet fans after the show.

  9. Bought Benji and Heidi’s instructional dance video.

  10. Bought Blake McGrath’s instructional dance video.

  Okay, have I made enough of a fool of myself? I think I’ve proven my STYCYD obsession. Please pick me :)

  i am a sytycd fan because its the only show i watxh OBSESSIVLEY! i even stood up a friend to watch it and failed a test because i watched the show instead of studying! I talk about the show nonstop that i drive everyone around me crazy! i dream of being able to watch the show live but i cant afford plane tickets to la let alone the show! i also have requested the former contestants as friends on myspace and i leave the comments and messages too! please pick me and you will have made my entire life heaven!
