Dancing With the Stars: Marlee Matlin May Join Cast
According to E!, Marlee Matlin may have signed up to be a dancer on the next season of Dancing With the Stars. Remember, it is a rumor, nothing has been confirmed. But if it’s true, it will be another dancer who defies traditional thinking about who is able to dance. Ms. Matlin is deaf. I hope she will do the show!
The network is expected to announce the entire cast for season 6 sometime later this month. DWTS will return to ABC on March 17.

Hey Ms. Matlin:
I am deaf too and I have been dancing for 20 years. Trust me I’ve taken ballroom dancing for 3 years and loved it. I had to quit because I was going to college in NY. But I will promise you this when you are on the dance floor YOU Will Be RULING the floor. I’ve won 3 gold and 2 silvers. If can win well then so can you ! You have my heart and I know you can do this too.
And plus we may be deaf but we do know how to strut our stuff!
