According to TV Guide, Dancing With the Stars veteran, Viveca A. Fox was caught on video while in the act of performing a specific sex act on her boyfriend. The rumor states that the jerk filmed her without her knowledge using his cell phone.
She has talked to friends in the police department, asking for their advice on the situation, but has not yet made a formal complaint.
Fox’s rep responded to the story with a vague “not true,” failing to specify which aspect of the tale — the phone, the content, the police involvement? — is bogus. Ironically, the actress’ next film is called, I kid you not, Caught on Tape. — Ben Katner
